Questions

Pricing FAQ

What is Boost Backup?

An optional add-on for $22 per user per month on annual billing, or $25 month to month. We back up your computer and your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace email and files to the cloud with Cove, watch that every backup runs, and send you a monthly report showing your data is stored safely. Need a file or email back? Call us and we'll restore it.

How does annual billing work?

Pay for the year up front and Boost is $130 per user, per month, instead of $150 month to month. That saves $240 per user every year.

What do I pay when I sign up?

The rest of the current month, prorated to the day, plus your first full period: one month on monthly billing, or twelve months on annual. After that you are billed on the 1st.

What counts as a user?

A person on your team who uses your business technology. Boost covers their support and protects the computers they work on. Have extra devices? Just ask and we'll make sure they're covered.

What if I grow past 4 people?

Congratulations. Boost is built for 1 to 4 users. At 5 we move you to one of Bluetek's full managed plans, with the same team you already know.

Is help really unlimited?

Yes. Remote support has no hourly meter. Call, email, or use the help button as often as you need during business hours.

What costs extra?

On-site visits, hardware repairs and parts, new hardware, big projects like full computer migrations or office moves, and software licenses. We'll still diagnose problems, guide warranty claims, and tell you exactly what to buy. Drive swaps with data moves on Windows PCs and business-grade laptops are quoted flat before we start. Mac repairs go to Apple or uBreakiFix.

Do you fix home Wi-Fi or internet problems?

Home Wi-Fi, routers, and your internet service aren't covered by Boost. We'll still make sure the problem isn't your computer and steer you in the right direction, like whether to call your provider or what equipment to get.

Can you help with my phone or my family's computers?

We'll help with work email and security on your phone. Boost covers the work computers you sign up with, not personal or family devices like the kids' PC.

How do I pay?

Invoices are processed automatically by ACH or credit card. Card payments include a processing fee. We don't accept checks.

Does email security work with my Gmail or Comcast address?

Email security protects business email on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Personal and internet-provider addresses can't be protected the same way. Signup checks your email automatically. Want a business-ready account on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace? Our tech will call you and walk you through it. Licenses are billed separately.

Is sales tax added?

Yes, where Pennsylvania requires it. Your total at signup shows the tax before you pay.

I already have someone who helps with my computers. Can Boost work with them?

Absolutely. Plenty of offices keep their go-to person and let Boost handle security and the day-to-day support.

Run like the big firms. Without the big-firm overhead.
